The Center’s own Luke Malone has co-authored a highly anticipated new book with Dr. Elizabeth Letourneau, called One in Five: Why Child Sexual Abuse Is Our Biggest Public Health Crisis—and What We Can Do to Stop It.  
 
The book—which drops August 18—is getting major buzz from within and outside the field, including Luke and Elizabeth’s recent appearance on the Armchair Expert podcast. 
 
One in Five makes the case that child sexual abuse is preventable, not inevitable, and explains what more we could be doing to prevent it. It combines compelling narrative with evidence-based research, and aligns perfectly with the Center’s own mission of using science to prevent violence.
